We have achieved this goal thus far with our signature Wild Harvest product line including: frozen wild blue huckleberries, frozen wild red huckleberries, frozen wild mountain blackberries and frozen wild blueberries, as well as with our Wild Hoh River Red Huckleberry, Wild Blue Huckleberry and Wild Mountain Blackberry jams, syrups and honeys. We take extra pride in our products superior flavor, packaging and overall appearance. As we continue to innovate with our specialty wild foods we are spending time working with the best innovators in the food industry creating new products to bring to our customers. Northwest Wild Foods has partnered with the renowned Food Innovation Center in Portland, Oregon to achieve our excellence in creating new products. They work with some of the best names in the business in creating superior gourmet foods. Working hand in hand creating the best products with just the right flavors we have sampled hundreds of different creations, narrowed these down to the best and will be launching new products to our Signature Wild Harvest line soon.

The first new product we will be introducing this summer is our Wild Blue Huckleberry Pepper Jelly. This unique, delicious creation is the perfect mixture of our wild blue huckleberries and jalapeño peppers. It possesses a strong wild blue huckleberry flavor with a bit of a spicy jalapeno bite that will send you into heaven. This new creation comes in the same 8 oz. jar as its other jam counterparts and will have the same price point. It is best served by placing cream cheese in a serving dish and pouring the wild huckleberry pepper jelly over the cheese. Then the crackers can be dipped at your will for the perfect flavor. This makes a simple, delicious treat that will be a mouthwatering favorite at any party. Our Wild Blue Huckleberry Pepper Jelly will be for sale via our website www.nwwildfoods.com this July and will also be on specialty foods store shelves later this summer.
