We have setup a system to share the AdSense revenue generated by every article that you submitted.
If you have an AdSense account, you can enter you ID in your account (once you are logged in). You will then receive 50% of the impressions of all articles that you submitted to this site.

The system is setup to never show you own ads when you are logged in, to prevent people from unknowingly clicking their own ads.

You can also get a share of the revenue by referring people to this site, see this thread for more details.

This is definitely not a violation of the Google TOS.
Only one person's code is displayed at a time.
A similar system has been in place on a few other sites, and some people even emailed Google directly to confirm that this is not in violation (it is not)

not a violation.  Dejavu you should encourage users to email google, mb they will put it in their FAQ, or something helpful if enough sites like yours encourage emails.

tons of sites are starting revenue sharing.  i think it's brilliant.  registered for the free submission offer but will be back for the revenue sharing.

also noticed that cool linking feature?  is that custom or if you can - can you point me in it's direction?

This is not a violation, i also had that idea for my www.chancetolearn.com site - just need to work out how to introduce that form for google adsense ID into community builder.

its ok with google BUT i met one guy in DP that gave money for people to post i guess google had one to many need to be careful what you write

I am using revenue share on a drupal site i designed for a client and have contacted google regarding this matter and it is legal according to google TOS according to the returned email from google which took a couple of weeks to get.


My question is; is there a free plugin for revenue share for articleMS.  I would definately like to add it to the site I am building presently.

Here is google's response:

While we look forward to helping you monetize your other sites, please don't forget that we do monitor all sites displaying Google ads or an AdSense for search box to ensure compliance with our program policies.
