I just uploaded another small update.

Fixes / New stuff:
* Fixes some bugs when used with Internet Explorer.
* A Ban member option - including the option to delete all the articles from that specific member
* Option to disallow article drafts, plus you can search for all drafts under manage articles
* Fixes tag cloud problem when deleting an article

To upgrade just download and overwrite your current files (you can skip /lib/, /js/, /skins/, /fonts/, /plugins/)

There is a small but important change in the templates:
Under the Header template, you must remove the line (php part)
Code:
$this->xajax_javascript = $this->xajax->getJavascript();

and also the {$this->xajax_javascript} from the html part

You can download from http://www.articlems.com/download/

Hi Dejavu - just curious to why this needs to be deleted?

Also, I have been holding off using the new version whilst all the testing has been going on; is this version as near to complete as possible?

I will be using the latest version for a new build, so will not be encountering any upgrade problems.

Many thanks...

Rich

Yes the new versions seems to have stabilized, I am using it for this site and looks like most of the issues have been worked out.
(If you are upgrading a site just make sure you have a backup, and remember that the skin upgrade does not keep all the modifications intact, you will have to manually do some of that)

xajax is a library to do easy ajax type functions, but it is better used as a plugin not really necessary to be included by default (its ads an extra mb to the download, and extra files on each page load).

I love your CMS Dejavu.

;)

I have an answer.

I overwrite my first-3-december installation, as you said.

But now i can't find

Code:
$this->xajax_javascript = $this->xajax->getJavascript();

and {$this->xajax_javascript} in the Header template...

:thinking:

Maybe i misunderstood your explanation?

Have you given that guidelines for those people who are looking for manual upgrade and not for those - like me - that overwritten with new version?

My installation goes, but i can't find those strings, and i don't understand english o well...

.. and i'm a little stupid, too..

:)

Give me the way.

If you use the standart included style you dont have to change the templates. If you have an own style you have to change it
