New Topic When Updating?, Creating a topic when editing?

Hello again.

I have a new issue this time.
:rolleyes:

Whenever I try to update a article of mine, (due to grammar reasons or otherwise), the system keeps creating a duplicate topic.
???

I hit the update button, and navigate myself to "Latest Articles", and sure enough, there are two of the same topics.
Both of which seem to have received the update.

Obviously, this shouldn't happen.
(Right?)

So, I am wondering, is there anything that might cause this?
