Template Not Found in ArticleMS Emails

Ok. I didnt realise that i would be hit with this issue. I have looked around the site and dont really see a resolution that speaks to a non-PHP programmer.

The CMS until now has been great in ArticleMS, but now a problem with the email templates is slowing me down as i cant see what to do.

When i go into Email, there are templates listed, but clicking any of them brings up a new page saying 'Template Not Found' for all of them except one - Edit Messages.

I thought this could be done from here like the rest of the CMS's ability to edit the site pages (content and code).

Does anyone know how to do this? Is the template i used for the site, a free one, the issue? Its called Free-White-Blue.

I am stuck, i need to know how to install email templates, edit them, etc.

Can you go and access your database through PhpMyAdmin in your cpanel and see if you have the templates in the ams_email_templates table.

If you don't have them, then I could give you an SQL dump of mine so you can add them.

ok, odd, but probably my inexperience...

they are all in ams_email_templates, just browsed in pHpMyAdmin.

clicking on edit for each template shows the template_description, template_html and template_php code.

this is odd. do you see whats wrong?
