Error Adding image

Hi, I just set up this script and am going through it to set up aqn Article Directory site and tried uploading an image and got this error message :

I substituted asterisks for sensitive directory names in the above code.

I don't see a media folder anywhere in the script. Should there be one?

Any idea what causes this?

did you remember to change the permissions to the "uploads" folder and the "uploads/images" and "uploads/files"? they should be set to 777

That error is shown when the script does not have permissions to copy the image.  Make sure that you actually have the correct permissions to all 3 directories (/uploads, /uploads/images and uploads/files)
try deleting the directories that are currently in the uploads/images and try again
