When we suffer from some type of disease, physical or psychological, we always try to solve them in any way, to find the solution to our problem we turn to several specialists, always looking for the one who has got the right solution for us and often a lot of people do not disdain even to turn to alternative medicine.

One of these is the neuro-linguistic programming or NLP that tries to help people overcoming negative emotions, which could prevent them from living in serenity their lives. This could be obtained for example through the personal development and the overcoming of past traumas related to the generational transfer. This would mean, for example, that traumas happened in different epochs or in any case in the past, are still interfering with our conscience, causing us panic crisis, states of anxiety, depression, preventing us from living in full our life.

Some doctors now define medicine as a special programming of nature with a sense, to solve the biological conflict deriving from a rapid and shocking strike, but especially unexpected. This involves a global change in the understanding of the "health" and "diseases" concepts, such type of change allows reducing panic and finally finding our natural ability to "remain sane". These premises are the basis of the so-called new medicine, a method but also a radical change of paradigm. The five Biological Laws are not yet officially recognized, in this sense there are no clinics or official references to which a person suffering some diseases can turn to. So it would be necessary that both the patient and the doctor are willing to forget every medical paradigm until now used and they both should get into this new field.

But the NLP is based also on other elements, all these elements move away from the actual scientific model to include alternative philosophies, as the one of Huna, a people living in the Hawaii and who elaborated a complex system, maintaining that man is composed of three self with separated and independent consciences and consciousnesses, which use the physical body to show themselves. The Huna philosophy is articulated in a few steps to understand our own psyche, that are for example the kala step, or everything is arbitrary, or the aloha step, which means be happy together.

As we all can see, this is a complex believes system, which refers to various systems supporting one with another. The central idea of the NLP is that one people's thoughts, gestures and words can interact with one another to create the world perception. Modifying one people's vision of the world (called map of the world, or believes system related to the external reality and to the internal reality), a person can develop one's perceptions, improve one's actions and one's performances. The world perception and the answer to it can be modified, applying the appropriate techniques for the change. Or at least this is what people adopting theses techniques think.

This is one of the several schools of alternative medicine, then it is up to anybody of us decide what is better for our health and for ourselves, our body and our mind.
