What causes hemroids and what is the treatment for hemroids. Hemroids are a kind of sickness which is suffered everywhere and this problem has existed since time immemorial. It is also commonly know as"piles" by many sufferers

The people who have the symptoms of hemroids generally do not know it as this until it manifests itself by pain or bleeding from the anus. It is thought that hemroids are present in most people in a minor form or other but is generally not a problem until the symptoms become apparent.

As mentioned when the symptoms of pain or bleeding become apparent that is the time we start looking for a treatment for hemroids. There are many more symptoms of hemroids and one may only have one or two of them or can have all the symptoms as follows:

Swelling of the anus area.

Forming of lumps in the anus area.

Pain and irritation in the anus area.

Obstruction while passing of stool.

Burning sensation in the rectal area.

These symptoms can occur in stages and profuse bleeding is regarded as the extreme stage. The symptoms of hemroids differ from person to person and it may be internal or eternal. The symptoms of external hemroids are different to that of internal hemroids. The external hemroid symptoms are more obvious and can be detected quickly. In this case lumps appear near the anus areas which are painful, itchy and burns. Sometimes they even bleed.

Internal hemroids take more time to detect since it happens inside the rectal area and sometimes it may not be hemroids but some other problem. Bleeding is a sure symptom of internal hemroids. The blood will be bright red in color and will be followed by itching and pain in the areas near the anus.

These symptoms of hemroids are not serious most of the time and may disappear soon after they are developed but in any case the person maybe in pain so it is very important to consult a doctor as soon aspossible. It is always advisable to seek medical attention as soon asthe symptoms of hemroids are seen so that proper treatment can be done at the right time.
