Tea and coffee have the property of habit formation. They are consumed all over the world. Tea and coffee are taken mainly as hot drinks for their stimulating effect. This article will discuss the harmful effects of tea and coffee. Tea is prepared from leaves. It is grown in India, Brazil, China and Japan. The tea contains tannin, a habit forming drug.
The composition of tea is similar to coffee. It has bad effect equal top poison. It produces indigestion, kidney diseases, cardiac, respiration and nervous problems. Excessive boiling of tea more than five minutes is dangerous as it releases lead and its consumption releases lead poison leading to paralysis and nerve damage. Coffee is a central nervous stimulant. It stimulates the vagus nerve and secretes more acid. For 2-3 hours or more people will not take food. Then the coffee and acid mixture will be circulated all over the body. The action of acid is to burn, so it burns wherever it goes, resulting in hyper acidity, high blood pressure, anemia, diabetes and cancer. It contains 3% caffeine, 5% Nitrogen, 10% Tannin, 5.5% minerals and 5% aromatic oils. The most powerful effect on the body is by tannin and aromatic oils. The coffee will impair digestion, produces kidney disease, incontinence, premenstrual syndrome, increases blood sugar and also produces heat production and palpitation, and osteoporosis. So, it is dangerous to use tea or coffee as they promote ill health and shorten the life with disease and misery. One can take fruit juice or vegetable soup in place of tea and coffee.
