1. Choosing the right shade: The first step for coloring your hair is to choose the right shade of color for your hair so that it may suite your skin tone. For example if you are having a shallow skin with yellow undertones, mind that deep gold colors aren't for you. Or if you are having a pink skin avoid strawberry shades.
