A nail is a horn-like structure at the end of living being and human being’s finger or toe. Proper toenail cure can be done at the primary stage by following healthy and personal hygiene habit in your daily life. A person’s diet should consist of proteins and vitamins rich diet. Drinking milk will increase the calcium cavity of a nail which in turn makes the nail stronger.

Thus, walking on the toenail care parameters will make your foot healthy and lively. Remedies for toenail infection lie in your hand. So never make it too late, as then your foot needs to suffer.
