Your skin is the largest organ of your body, just like your heart or your kidney. Its job is to protect your insides so it is important for it to be healthy. If you eat a healthy diet, drink lots of water, keep it clean, and protect it from the sun, your skin will stay healthy all your life.

Use the shampoo designed for your type of hair. Do not put the shampoo in the middle of your hand and push it into the middle of your scalp. Rub it on your hands to evenly distribute. If you have acne, remember that shampoo can cause more acne. Rinse your face, neck and back thoroughly after using shampoo.

While some people may genuinely have smooth, lustrous hair naturally, the majority of people you see with envy-inducing hair are the product of excellent styling and hair products and tools, mixed with a good stylist and a great haircut. Oh yeah, and sprinkle in some dietary supplements and a good diet rich in hair-friendly nutrients. This equation results in fabulous, silky, vibrant hair that will be the envy of many.

Accept your hair for what it is. It doesn't matter what kind of hair you have, thin, wavy, curly or stick straight, just accept it and respect it. If it's curled than don't try to straighten it. Using different damaging chemicals and methods to change your hair type it will practically destroy it. A person with curled hair will be desperate to straighten it up. A person with straight hair will surely want to get it curled. So try to make changes to your hair in the most kindly way.

Bromelain is so effective at digesting protein that workers who frequently cut the fruit often lose their fingerprints to the active properties of the enzyme. As well as this fruit's amazing digestive qualities, it is also an excellent source of vitamins A and vitamin C, a benefit the Spaniards took advantage of on their many extended trips out to sea.

Nutrition plays a very important role for hair care. The hair follicles which are in an active growth phase are strong and healthy compared to those which are in the resting stage. A steady flow of proper nutritional building blocks is essential for hair follicles to grow and produce healthy hair fiber. The follicles derive their nutrition from the blood.

Heat Application and Blow Drying

Whenever you apply heat, you risk to over dry hair. I used to blow dry my hair with the hottest set, because I wanted to save my time. As a result, my hair became brittle and porous.

Many people make the mistake of washing Black Hair too often because they think their hair is dirty. Shampooing your hair every day or every other day will dry out your hair and cause breakage. In order to clean Black hair on the days you are unable to shampoo, you can rinse your hair with warm water, follow up with a deep conditioner.

Use a shampoo that is pH balanced and that is formulated for your hair type. Conditioner should be nourishing but not heavy. Rinse with cool water for extra shine.

Avoid excessive blow drying and air dry hair whenever possible. This will help prevent split ends and drying.
