Too many carbohydrates like pasta, breads can diminish levels of antioxidants in your body that are needed to neutralize free radicals. Your hair dye can also be a reason and that is why try to use a natural one. Sage or tea will hide your gray hairs for a temporary time being. You have to keep your hair healthy and thus the falling measures will be descended.
