Your Own Plus Size Fashion Styles

Some women think that it is impossible for a larger woman to look sexy. This is not true, as a woman of any size can look sexy. However, a woman of any size can also look like a tramp, and the difference between looking sexy and looking slutty is very small. The rules to avoid looking like a slut, however, are very simple and clear.

Wondering how you can dress sexy? You don't have to look like the movie stars or have a "perfect body" to be sexy. An attitude and a certain confidence about you is sexy. It's in the way women walks, talks and handles herself every day. Less is more when it comes to showing off skin. We have some tips here that will guide you on becoming and feeling sexier.

Feeling sexy is the key to looking sexy, which is simple but true. Confident women give off a sexy aura. Always search for clothes that make you feel sexy, as attitude is half the battle. Unexpected accents of lace in the folds of an A-line dress or at the neckline of a nice shirt are classy and sexy. Lacy sleeves also offer glimpses of skin without being overdone. Add the lace to something that is very well fitted, exude confidence, and you will look stunningly sexy without ever being even slightly trashy.

Black is considered a sexy color, but it's not the only one. Try out other colors and you'll soon discover that there's a wide spectrum of colors available for you to try out. In the right style, all colors, be they tans and beiges, pinks and blues, or pastels, can be sexy. For a pretty, fashionable flare, try some beading accents.

It is possible to dress sexy without looking cheap. Showing a little skin by wearing short skirts or strapless dresses can allow you to accomplish this. A safe rule of thumb for deciding what is too short is to hold your hands to your sides and touch the hem of your skirt. If your fingertips touch the hem then the length is perfect"if the hem is above your fingertips, you may want to rethink the length. Sleeveless is always sexy, but you have to be comfortable baring your upper arms. If you aren't, then there a myriad of shawl or shrug options that offer sheer and sexy coverage. Remember, tight and sexy are not synonymous. Clothing is meant to flatter the figure, not be so tight that bumps and bulges are revealed. A good fit is always more attractive than skintight.

The right shoe can add WOW to an outfit. Even wide width shoes can look great with a sexy outfit - if they are the right shoes. A little heel is often considered sexy, but that is not a hard, fast rule. A dressy pair of shoes for a dressy dress or some pretty, beaded sandals for a sexy summer dress can give you the classic sexy look you want.
