Home Remedies for Teeth WhiteningSubmitted by Dr. Mital John Wed, 5 Aug 2009
Everyone wants a glamorous movie-star smile, and by today's standards, the whiter your teeth, the better. Of course, we all can't afford multiple visits to the dentist and stains do come back, making it a recurring problem.
The remains of food seep into the fine cracks of your teeth and making it nearly impossible to brush out. Whitening toothpastes merely bleach out of minor discolorations. The older the stain, the more difficult it is to get rid of. Other reasons for discoloration of teeth may be internal reasons such as by aging, injury, excessive fluoride, and by certain illnesses and medicines. Discoloration is the normal over time. Tooth whitening can have unbelievable affects on your appearance, as well as giving your self-worth a big boost. Tooth whitening is secure, convenient, and can change the overall look of your smile in a matter of hours. These lasting teeth usually put back the deciduous teeth. By the time a being is twenty-five he should have all his teeth. The condition of his teeth will mostly depend on his diet, and on the kind of care he has given the teeth during his increasing years. Home Remedies: In most cases, cheap toothpaste doesn't cut it. Unfortunately and getting your teeth whitened resourcefully is not an option for everyone. If you want to give up the creams and bleaches or trays and gels found in drugstores, you can also take the natural approach and use any of the follow home remedies for whiter teeth that are both cheap and effective. One of the most popular home remedies, peroxide, is cheap and most people have it on hand. Chances are, you will feel some burning in your gums, but you'll be left with clean, whiter teeth. Typically & most people will see the results within a couples of weeks but it can happen much sooner. It's also safe to gargle, but don't swallow.
