Ten Common Causes of Panic Attacks

Submitted by miche79

I’d like to talk about panic attacks, which is something I am personally familiar with. I started to experience anxiety and panic attacks at a very young age.
Why do people suffer with anxiety? It’s very often fear, the fear may then cause insecurity.
How do people deal with it? I guess that would depend on the individual, but there are some basic techniques that can give some relief.
Let’s see if we can’t pinpoint ten of the most common causes of panic attacks.

* A Bad childhood, which instilled fear and instability.
* A Change in surroundings, like making a big move to another area.
* A New job will definitely bring on anxiety as well as a new boss.
* The death of a loved one.
* Divorce.
* Illness.
* Arguments.
* Lack of money.
* Children.
* Stress
These are just an example of the things that can cause anxiety…and…some people tend to be more anxious than others, it is part of their makeup.

One thing we all know for sure is that anyone who has suffered panic attacks or bad bouts of anxiety can tell you it can be very scarry. Have you ever seen anyone hyper-ventilate? If so, they were probably having a panic attack

Have You Ever Felt Any Of The Following Bodily Sensations?

* Dizzy spells coming on quickly leading to anxiety
* Being short of breath with tightness in your chest
* All of a sudden your heart starts racing and you might experience tingling sensations.
* Hot flushes followed by waves of anxiety
* Not sleeping at night
* Worrying all the time and having unwanted thoughts
* Not feeling connected with what is going on around you
* Overwhelming fear that you wont be able to cope anymore

If so, you are definitely having a problem with anxiety which may trigger panic attacks. You must first try to figure out what the triggers are to see if you can alter them, but chances are there is not much you can do that will work. Sometimes walking or taking deep breaths help a little, but it’s temporary at best.

The Key To Being Panic Attack Free

You must learn to break the fear of having another panic attack or you will never experience complete freedom from anxiety.

* The anticipation of a panic attack starts the wave cycle of anxiety in motion.
* The foundation of a future panic attack is laid hours before you actually experience one.
* The slightest stress trigger will then launch the full blown panic attack into motion.
* Panic manifests itself in approximately 20 minute wave like formations.

Soon you could be learning about the most powerful technique for eliminating anxiety and panic attacks without the use of harsh medications.
The technique you will learn was developed by Joe Barry, a former sufferer of all too frequent panic attacks and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. He developed a completely natural approach to eliminating 100% of general anxiety and panic attacks. This may seem very hard to believe for someone who may have had this condition for some time, but new information is now available to be free from anxiety forever. He will reveal the whole technique to you.
You will be amazed at how such a simple technique known as the One Move Technique could be so powerful in restoring you back to your former care free self. I am not only talking about eliminating panic attacks but also getting your general anxiety level right back down to zero without the use of any medication or alternative therapies. This technique is based on advanced psychology and is made simple enough for everyone to apply. Your anxiety will vanish…your confidence will soar and the results will last a lifetime.
