Do You Know That Flat Footwear is Also Dangerous?

We are always told that high heels are dangerous. High heels will cause some health problems on the knees, back and spine. Therefore, many people start to wear flat shoes. In spite of that, flats are dangerous too actually.


The number of foot injuries caused by flat shoes has been increasing in the past few years. For the convenient, people like to wear the shoes, but such footwear also can cause pain in the back and shins. Some people like to scuff their feet while walking, and that will result in severe pain even the bunions. Stay away the hard insoles that will cause even worse condition.


To some point, walking with heels is beneficial. It can modify the center of gravity and strengthen your muscle in the calf and thighs. For some who have bad blood circulation, wearing one inch heels is helpful to increase the amount of blood from legs to the upper body. However, you had better not walk in six inch or even higher heels . Though very high inch heel can make women look sexy, yet the danger does accompany. The ideal height is less than two inches and the proper height can improve your calf muscles. Else, select out the different heels for different occasions and do not wear a particular length for a long period.


Most of the foot issues are caused by improper footwear, and for these problems women have five times more than men. Research indicates that our feet will carry us between 55,000 and 120,000 miles in our whole lifetime, so every walker should spend time picking out the footwear that is perfectly fit.

 

A pair of comfortable hiking boots is essential for a serious hiker. Wearing the casual hiking boots, you will have a wonderful hiking trip!
