The tips below are supposed to remedy your snoring troubles. Though, it is significant to realize that remedy will be according to your physiology.

You can keep your head up by lying on a thicker pillow or even many pillows to help you solve your snoring problem.

You must refrain from drinking alcohol, taking any sleeping drugs, antihistamines or sedatives, before lying down to sleep at night, if you do your muscles will be relaxed and your air passage way will surely be narrowed.

Doctors advise that dairy products should be avoided because they do bring about narrowed air ways, as you sleep, due to the accumulation of mucus .

If you are overweight, losing weight will help to increase the space in your air passage way.

It is very advisable to sleep on your side because it reduces snoring unlike lying on your back, which contributes to heavy snoring.

A worldwide way for solving the problem of sleeping on your back is to sew a tennis ball to your T-shirt's back for there is no way you can sleep on a tennis ball .

The listed tips below are known to have helped some People:

A little honey before bedtime will do you good.

Do not consume to much food just ahead of bedtime, since if your belly is full it will impact your diaphragm adversely to reduce free breathing.

Be warned not take chocolate,pizza and biscuits before bed time.

You are advised to sleep on a firm pillow since a pillow that is too soft makes throat muscles to relax and reduce your air ways.

Take in some steam before going to bed or use a humidifier in your bedroom, this will help reduce congestion and also moisturize your throat.

Purchase some nasal strips and use them before bedtime. Nasal strips open the nasal passages and let more air in to reduce snoring.

Now is the time for you to quit smoking if you do smoke, but if you find it difficult to stop smoking then do not smoke one hour before you go to bed.

It is advisable that you use anti-snoring nasal spray and pills.

As a matter of great importance, go talk to your doctor if you do not get relief from any of the above remedies
