It is especially hard with so many fad diets coming up and weight loss pills and supplements flooding the market. You would be highly confused over what method to choose to lose weight fast? * One of the most effective ways of quickly losing weight is to drink lots of water. Water keeps the body weight in control for a longer term. By drinking more water, your body feels full. * The next important dietary change that you need to make is to include a lot of fiber in your diet. Fiber rich diets are less in calories but make you feel fuller for longer time. This greatly reduces your overall calorie intake. Chickpeas, apples, figs, broccoli, beans, brown rice, bran, nuts etc. are some good high fiber foods that you can incorporate in your daily diet.

*Never skip any meal, eat regularly throughout the day. In order to lose weight fast, many people make the mistake of skipping meals. Skipping a meal would actually make you hungrier the next time when you take your meal and you would end up taking more calories than required. If you take good carbohydrates that include fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and good fat (such as oily fish like salmon, sardines etc) daily, you would lose weight in a healthy and natural way. Here good carbohydrates mean eating them as they are produced, directly from the earth - without refining or processing.

* Apart from the above mentioned dietary changes, exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. If you hate the idea of joining the gym, brisk walking or running. Start playing outdoors with your kids. Get moving.
