3 Simple Tips to Shed Weight Quickly For Good

Still trying to drop those extra pounds before you take off for the holidays? Well, here I am going to explain a new technique in which you can lose weight and lose weight fast.

In order to lose weight fast before the holidays you must first incorporate these 3 things in your daily activities:

1. Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day

2. Do cardio at least 30 minutes a day

3. Do not eat anything past 7:30 at night

Those 3 things above mixed with the diet I are about to tell you about will bring you much success in your diet plan.

Now, the diet I am referring to follows a calorie shifting routine. By this I mean, eating different foods everyday in order to trick your body’s metabolism. The reason most people can’t lose weight on a diet is because they follow a strict diet in which they eat the same foods everyday.

What that does for your body is tells it that it only consumes a certain amount of calories a day, so your metabolism will get use to it and will not burn off anything else.

With the calorie shifting routine, you trick your body everyday about what you will be eating. For example, one day you consume 1200 calories, the next 1000, the next day 1600. Your body will then be turned into a burning machine because it doesn’t know what will come next.

This is good because on the days we eat a lower amount, more fat will be burned off. A diet plan that follows this calorie shifting routine is called Fat loss 4 Idiots.
