Fastest Way To Burn Fat

Submitted by Food Reviews
Sun, 20 Dec 2009

If you are trying to look like a Victoria Secret model, you will need to exercise along with dieting. By keeping to a weekly exercise regimen, you will lose weight much quicker and your body will start to firm up.

You might not know what exercises you should be doing in order to make your time in the gym more beneficial to you. I am going to give you a few pointers on how to make your workout time more effective and rewarding.

It is extremely important to do cardiovascular exercises, especially if you are trying to lose weight in your stomach and thighs. These two areas are known to be hard areas to take off fat, so you should be exercising your heart a minimum of one hour per week.

Dieting is very good but without the exercise, you will not reach your goals as quickly. You might be thinking that you can never do this. It will be easier than you think if you exercise twenty minutes per day on at least three days per week. You can't simply walk on the treadmill or bicycle for 20 minutes straight as you need to raise your heart rate.

When your heart rate is increased, the calories start to shed and your metabolism will speed up. A heart rate monitor is one good way to know just how hard you are working. If you don't own one, you can tell how hard you are working by the amount of perspiring you do.

If you are done working out and you are still sweating, you've done a good job. If you want to make the most of your workouts, use interval training. This is when you exercise vigorously, followed by periods of rest or low activity. These split routines will boost your metabolism and burn off that extra fat.

Let me explain to you a good way to exercise using split training. Let's say you are doing your exercising on a treadmill. You need to start out at a slow pace for about four minutes. Once this is done, you will need to pick up the intensity and run hard for approximately two minutes. You should repeat this until your twenty minutes is up.
