Ok, you have decided to participate in figure competition. In this article you will find some good tips. First of all let me be frank and tell you that taking part in women's figure competition is not easy. But if you are serious and ready to do some hard work then you may find success.

1. Believe in you nMost important thing for a figure competition is self confidence. You should be convinced that you are capable of winning. Only believing in oneself does not suffice but you have to prepare yourself to do some hard work. Without the proper winning attitude, it is useless to enter in to any competition. Actually it is your brain that is more important then your body.

2. Eating right. nEating right is the next important thing you have to do in order to prepare for a figure competition. It may be p[possible that you have to leave your favorite dish. You have to follow the strict diet. Don't design your own diet. You can take the advice of a professional dietitian or other qualified person to formulate your diet. There are many hypes that are prevalent in this area so be careful.

3. Exercise daily nIt is most important that you device a routine for the exercise and strictly follow it. It is observed that many people start with 3 hours of work out, then next day they are busy so they do only 1 hour of work out and the next day 5 hour of work out to compensate. This is wrong, your work out should be same each day. Once it become routine, you may find it boring, but be patience and continue you're routine even if you may not find physical changes.

If you want to apply all these tips then you must have a discipline. Discipline is the virtue that can not be taught by anybody. You have to develop it for yourself. Make one thing very clear in your mind that YOU have decided to prepare for a figure competition and no one will compel you to do your routine or follow your diet.
