Testimonial - Marilyn Murray

When I met Fadi Malouf in September 2000, I had joined a gym on the advice of my doctor. My weight was slowly climbing back to an all-time high and I had recently lost my father. The last thing I wanted to do was start an exercise program. However, the first day that Fadi worked with me, I was hooked.


Weight training was something I had never attempted before. It was exciting but difficult at the same time. Fadi was very serious about the workouts and very careful to make sure each exercise was done with good form and he stressed safety at all times. At the same time, it was a lot of fun!


Within a couple of weeks, the pounds started falling off. Within a short time, Fadi was introducing me to cardio exercise to strengthen my cardiovascular system while the weight training toned and strengthened my muscles. Shortly thereafter, we started working on my food program. When I started working with Fadi, I was in a size 26/28. I am now in a size 18.


I have more work to do to get to my goal. However, Fadi has stuck with me 100% of the time over the last year and I have no doubt that he will continue to support me until I reach my goal.


He is absolutely the best!
