Menopause is the stage in a woman's life when the menstrual cycle stops. This is not a disease; rather it is a natural process in a woman's life. However, the stage when a woman has her menopause could be a very painful and mentally debilitating stage. There could be several complications.

If you are a person who doesn't like to exercise, or you feel you don't have time to exercise, a walk around the block is a great place to start. Consider investing in a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day to help you increase your physical activity while you're going through your daily routine. In addition to being one of the best natural remedies for menopause, exercise can also help reduce stress.
