How to make your own wine is a question that is sure to be uppermost in the minds of most wine lovers. At one time the problem with learning how to make your own wine was that there were no instructions available and so people had to use trial and error methods. After that you have to periodically check your creation, and learn to rack the wine, add a few necessary chemicals, top it up, after which all that is required is bottling and then you can serve your homemade wine.
