Adrenal Fatigue

Submitted by mortersupplements
Fri, 9 Nov 2007

Adrenal Fatigue is caused by long term stress which depletes the nutrients in the energy systems of the body.

These energy systems are known as the adrenal glands. To regain your energy, replenish the nutrients that the adrenal glands need to function properly.

With long term use, the adrenal glands get fatigued. In laymans terms, this means they have run out of fuel. For example, if a human is fatigued, they simply need some rest and good meal to give them a boost again. With the fatigued adrenal glands, they need rest and nutrients to get them up and going again.

Step 1: Relax! Ooops....Let me say that quieter....r...e...l......a.....x :) shhhhhhh.

Pinpoint the exact cause of your long term stress. Often times, it seems like it's everything, but for this exercise, find just one event that's putting your nerves on constant alert. Got it? Now, take out a sheet of paper.....*don't worry - I'll wait*......and write out:

___(enter stressor here) _________ has not been giving me peace and relaxation.

To achieve more peace and relaxation, I will do the following things in the next 3 days to bring this event to a more peaceful and relaxing point in my life.

First Day Action Step: _______________
Second Day Action Step: _______________
Third Day Action Step: _______________

Each step will take less than 5 minutes to complete (make them very minor, yet signifcant, and do them before 10:00 in the morning.

After 3 days, your life will feel much more in control and you'll notice your shoulders drop as you breathe a sigh of relief.

Step 2: Re-nutrilize your adrenal glands. (Ok, so that's not a word!) Your fatigued adrenal glands need food to repair themselves. With the proper adrenal fatigue supplements, you can give them that food. Find a product that contains supplements geared specifically for the adrenal glands. Dr. Morter's supplement line carries two products called Alkadrenergy and Adrenergy that are designed specifically for adrenal fatigue ( http://mortersupplements.com/supplements/adrenal-gland.html ). Use both of these products or any other ones that are geared specifically for adrenal gland fatigue.
After 2 months of a more controlled, relaxed life and a daily dose of adrenal fatigue supplements, you will start feeling like a whole new person. You'll be excited to get up in the morning, you'll feel more energy throughout your day, and you'll notice your friends starting to say you look different - happier, healthier.
Here's to getting your life on track, to having the energy you want to do the things you enjoy. Get started today with your 3 steps and a purchase of nutrients for your fatigued adrenal glands!
