One of the main causes of obesity on this planet relates to the fact that many of the foods that are being consumed cannot be processed by the livers of the individuals who are consuming them.

Another way to say this is that these individuals have "food sensitivities" to some of the foods that they are consuming.

Sensitivity to food has been linked to many factors i.e. amount consumed, whether they are organic or not, genetic predisposition, blood type etc.

To lose weight quickly, naturally and easily, you have to combine a healthy eating habit, correct cardio and strengthening exercises. We shall touch on the subject of how to lose weight quickly and naturally through a healthy eating program in this article.

First of all, try taking the dog for a long walk at night. It is a great way to help you stay in shape. You can also take the dog with you when you are going for workout or exercises. This is a great way for the animal and you to get some exercises together. You can run, jog, or walk with the dog and it is what you need to keep your body in good shape and lose some weight that you want to get rid of at the same time. You will definitely feel better inside and out.

The topic of fat has gotten much scrutiny over the last decade. A few years back I could remember seeing many commercials all marketing their products as fat free and very low fat. I also remember walking down the isles in grocery stores and seeing the vast number of products flashing Fat Free and Low Fat bold prints on their package. It seemed that people would buy these products in large quantities because they wouldn’t feel as guilty eating them compared to the regular food product.

Protein also plays an important part in this process. Women should generally consume about 100 grams of protein per day and men 150 grams. This can be quite difficult to achieve unless you take a protein supplement. You then know exactly how much protein you are consuming and it is much easier to control.

Protein is a great weight control tool because of the immediate satiety factor and because it keeps you full for longer periods. It also balances out carbs by preventing insulin spikes that can lead to a drain in energy and sugar cravings.

Many of them never lose confidence in Atkins, because they did lose some weight, after all. But the weight loss is not permanent, because it is not a sustainable program for the vast majority of people.

The key then to long term weight loss is not to jump on the latest bandwagon, or to follow the latest trend. And it is not to take any diet to an extreme, by eliminating or severely restricting food groups in your diet. That is a recipe for failure.

Eat Fibre

Eating fiber foods to help keep things moving through your bowel as stated above and makes you feel full.

The average person can lose 9-10 pounds in one year just from doubling their fiber intake aim for 25grams per day ( the average for most adults is just 8grams ) fiber rich foods include strawberries, apples, brown rice, chick peas, potatoes ( with skins ) and brown rice.
