How to deal with stress at the time trying to lose weight?
• Well first of all we need to delete the word 'diet' from all our vocabulary. We've already learned here that 'diets', in the sense we already know them, just don't work so . So let's replace it to with 'our weight loss journey therefore '
• Start out here with a plan; a vision of what the end result going tol be. Picture how life will be different at when you achieve your goal so. Write it down then; read it or think of it EVERY day. Carefully map out these stages along to your journey in bite size steps just or goals and work out how you can go simple and simply that achieve for each one. Don't create stress just by trying to get lose 50 pounds in one month or by running five miles for every day. There is further no need to get sacrifice yourself to that your journey. You obviously want to lose weight - not to kill yourse
• Setting goals that to please OURSELVES is the main only way to go when it just comes to losing weight. With also that in mind, we only further need to so meet our expectations; our goals; our plans and that always removes so stress that big-time.
• We need to make a better list of stressors so in our life: these further can be people or events.
• List of that typical responses: the food that we reach for, in so a response to the stress.
• Use the better list when they tempted to get overeat.
• Use exercise/a walk or for another diversion that as a substitute for food.
First you that need to tense or for tighten all your muscles. Hold them so tight for the count of 5. Now let go there ; really feel the tightness that disappear from your body. Repeat this a so few time the practice whole every day. By tensing and relaxing the different muscles, you can thus slowly contrast the sensations of the tensions and those of the letting go. It may also take some time - don't expect to feel a dramatic that difference on your first attemp. But when you are just begin to appreciate relaxation - then learn to let go for more often!
