-What is Memory.
Have you ever asked the question about how you manage to remember anything? Are you one of the folks who frequently says, ‘Oh, my memory. It's stupid!' Or ‘I'll have to jot it downor I'll on no account remember it.' The sad news is that you are making your memory inferior by doing that and the useful information is that you can cease telling yourself that right now and perk up your memory practically instantly. Read on.... It is always right NOW Memory is a peculiar thing. Without it, it would be the same as ifwe were living in a continuous present. It would at all times be right NOW, and we would have no preceding life. We may not even have a lot of a future as when we dream the future we are drawing on memories too and lacking our memory to lend a hand to us we would be powerless to plot ahead very effectively. The whole thing would be brand new and uncommon all the time. Some of us think that would be extremely cool! On the other hand it would also be very tiring because we would be constantly having to work out a way to comprehend what we are experiencing or solve a problem we are encountering and then BANG - it would all have GONE. So that nexttime we come across that state of affairs we do not have anythingto rely onin our brains. We have to start from the beginningagain; fantastically time and energy consuming. We need our memory and it seems to be like a muscle. It doesn't appear like a muscle - but itactslike one. The more you make use of it the more it develops and gets stronger and able to hold lots of weight - in this case, of course, the weight is information. So - if you don't use it, you lose it. If you do use it, you keep it.
