Premature ejaculation is a condition that can affect most men at some point in their lives. Although it is more common in younger men older men can also suffer from the condition.
The fact you are looking into the matter is a huge step towards overcoming the condition an allowing you to last longer in bed. Embarrassment is a huge barrier that prevents some men from looking for help and ultimately the cure. There are several ways in which you can overcome premature ejaculation. The first area I would recommend starting to tackle would be that of stress. In society today there our lifestyle is such that everyday tasks have become very stressful even getting to work can be stressful if you have to tackle a daily traffic jam! If you can look at you lifestyle and try to reduce the amount of stress in your life you may begin to see an improvement in you health and also your sex life. Exercise is great for relaxation and also helps to build self esteem as you will begin to feel better within yourself. An increase in your exercise levels could reap benefits. How about scheduling a walk at the weekend with your loved one? Not only will you have some valuable time together with no pressures but if done regularly your fitness should also improve. Distraction can help try to focus on something new or start a new hobby as dwelling on your problem often makes the problem worse. Do you wake I the morning thinking of your problem and go to bed a night still dwelling on the problem? If this is the case try and find something absorbing that you can focus your mind on this will relax you and also improve your state of mind. Sharing your problem could also help. Have you discussed it with anyone, is your partner supportive, would speaking to a therapist help you overcome some of the problems your are experiencing at the moment. Dietary changes and the possible usage of dietary supplements designed to help with PE problems could help but I am always a little wary of some of these so called ‘wonder pills’ and how they could affect your health. Try out a program of exercises specifically designed to help you last longer in bed. These have been designed by experts in the field and by changing some of you actions you could see a great improvement over a short space of time.
