Male impotence and its treatment:
The most common sexual condition in men, impotence, is thought to affect one in every 10 men worldwide. Due to the embarrassing nature of this condition, many men with impotence are very shy and try to hide it, even from their doctors.
Impotence is defined as the inability of men to get an erection adequate enough to complete any desired sexual activity.
what causes it?
Primarily, there are two causes of impotence - physical causes and psychological causes. The physical causes can include hormonal imbalance, high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, injury, surgery, or even drug abuse. Impotence can also be caused due to smoking, alcoholism, and the side effects of some prescribed drugs.
The psychological causes of impotence can be depression, tiredness, and sexual boredom, problems in a relationship and stress at home or at work. Many cases of impotence have been diagnosed due to a combination of physical and psychological factors.
Impotence treatment:
Whether your impotence problem is due to a physical cause or psychological factor, it can be treated effectively. It was always difficult to treat impotence in the past as there were few treatments available, and even those were rather ineffective. Due to medical advancements in recent years, pharmaceutical companies have come up with effective treatments that can help men who suffer from this condition. One such treatment is called Cialis, which comes as a pill form. This impotence treatment pill effectively helps men attain erections suitable for sexual intercourse, and can stay active in the body for up to 36 hours.
How does Cialis work in the body?
The main ingredient in Cialis pills is tadalafil, which works by increasing the supply of blood to the penis. In men with impotence problems, the decreased blood supply to the penis is what causes impotence and thus loss of erection, even if they are sexually excited enough.
Cialis helps the arteries and veins in the penis to relax and ensures proper blood regulation. Due to this, men can easily achieve an erection, providing they are sexually excited enough, either physically or mentally. Cialis pills cannot work in the absence of sexual stimulation.
Taking the Cialis pill:

Cialis is an impotence treatment pill that is recommended for use as needed. It is available in the UK on prescription only, so you need to consult a registered medical doctor who can issue a valid prescription, before you buy it from a pharmacy.
Cialis is available in the dosage strengths of cialis 10 mg, 20 mg, 5 mg, and 2.5 mg tablets. You should only take the dose recommended to you by your doctor after he or she conducts your medical examination. Since Cialis is a prescription pill, you should be aware of several undesirable side effects that may occur. Knowing and reading about them well in advance would certainly help you during treatment.
The recommended dose of Cialis should be taken about 30 minutes before the sexual activity. The effects can last in the body for up to 36 hours. This means that an erection can happen anytime during this period. You will have sufficient time on hand to find the right moment for your love making after taking the recommended Cialis dose.
