Your Partners Snoring Killing You Slowly

Submitted by asonor

Does your husband snore? If yes, you will be pleased to realize that latest research gives you an excellent good reason to complain about it. The research, which was performed by the Centre for Research on Ageing and Gender at the University of Surrey, suggests that people whose partners snore can lose two (2) years of sleep in the course of a lifetime.
If you are unfortunate enough to sleep beside a snorer, you are know that snoring causes broken sleep, which can have a negative impact on your health and overall quality of life. The research estimates many people, mainly women, every night are woken regularly by their partners snoring. Those affected lose around an hour of sleep every night.
Calculation shows that those unlucky enough to sleep next to a snorer would lose around 15 days sleep every year. Most snorers are unaware of the problems that their snoring can cause their sleeping partner. Many snorers just don't realize how much they affect their partner's health and disrupt their sleep. Worse still, they do not understand how dangerous snoring can be for their own health. Snoring is related to decrease in quality of life in the form of cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, headache, migraine, stress sleep apnea and premature death.
The University of Surreys, Susan Venn, found that despite the risks associated with snoring, many men she interviewed found it to be an acceptable part of life. She also found that many of their wives had developed some rather elaborate ways of coping with the problem, such as separate bedroom. Other studies estimate that Twenty-five per cent sleep separately, while half admit it affects their relationship
If you are the wife of a snorer, you will find plenty of snoring advice on the web. However, if you cannot face sewing a tennis ball into your husbands pajamas or testing out any other of the many advice, you should be pleased to know that there are stop snore remedies there are clinically tested and proven. Easy to use and really works.
