We all have our weaknesses and habits. But sometimes, these habits can be detrimental to our health. Except you are not real or are basically living in lala land, you'll find the world is full of bad habits. Did you know that these bad habits can literally affect the rate at which you grow your hair or the rate at which you lose it. It has been suggested by a team of researchers and experts that your diet might just be contributing to your rate of hair loss.
Often times, people who are on medications complain their drugs are not effective. Experts who have spent a lot of consulting hours with these people find that not only are they still unhealthy and sick, they are actually the cause of it. According to a resource website, ninety nine times out of hundred, patients have admitted to indulging in unhealthy diets and are therefore partially responsible for still being in failing health. "So how is this related to my hair loss problems?" you might ask. The first thing you need to realize is that just like your arms and your legs, your hair is also a vital part of your body. Therefore, what you feed on is what the body uses in producing more cells that will eventually form the hair. The bottom line here is that if you eat loads of junk you are not likely to grow your hair back. Apart from this, other bad habits may hinder your hair's healing and regrowth rate. Some of these are
o Excessive Eating of Junk Foods: As sweet and as delightful as these foods are, they are not exactly the kinds of food that the body thrives on. They often lack the minerals and vitamins that you need to maintain and grow a healthy hair. Nutritionists are even beginning to say that certain foods when they are microwave and cooked lose their nutrients. For instance, it is best to eat vegetables raw and uncooked than when it is cooked for 15 minutes. If it must be cooked, it is advisable that it should not exceed five minutes of cooking. But most people would rather cook the vegetables without any thought that the nutrients might be lost in the process.

Unfortunately, most of those who cook their vegetables like this cannot even maintain the healthy habit of taking supplements and vitamins. Therefore, it is advisable that if you are guilty of this, refrain so you can eliminate the incidence of hair loss.

In the concluding part of this two-part series, we'll examine the remaining dangerous habits that influence your rate of hair loss.
