What You Didn’t Know About Your Supplemental Vitamin
You exercise and eat right every day because it is the right thing to do. Although doing this is very good it may not be enough. As you may have heard before, the average human being needs certain nutrients to maintain a healthy immune system. Yes you know about the supplemental vitamins that provide you with a number of these nutrients all packed in one little pill. But did you know that even the supplemental vitamins that you may be taking are not enough to get the job done? When you purchase synthetic vitamins, they are manufactured in a lab and the body cannot use them because they are stripped of all the other components that make a vitamin whole. As a result the body must pull these missing nutrients from other areas of the body just to be able to utilize these synthetic vitamins. Scientific studies have proven that the synthetic form of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) can actually thicken the arterial walls of the heart by as much as 2.5 times. Other synthetic forms of vitamins A, E, etc can be potentially dangerous. As a person who obviously wants the best for their body and overall health, you do not want to take the risk of consuming something that may be harmful to your body. What You Can Do With This New Found Knowledge Now that you know this very fact here’s how to find the proper vitamin to appropriately nourish your body. When purchasing a vitamin make sure that it is a whole food vitamin which comes right from vegetables and fruits we eat that already has things attached to it that already make it a “whole vitamin”. Taking a vitamin like this is like eating a proper balanced meal. Your body is getting the nourishment it needs without submitting yourself to potential damage that may cause more than good. A vitamin is meant to help maintain a stronger immune system not damage it, it would defeat the whole purpose of actually taking it. So what happens when you take a vitamin that nourishes your entire body? You sleep better, you wake up with more energy, you notice healthy growing hair and nails, your digestive system is regular and you begin to fill lighter. There is a substantial difference when you begin to pay attention to your body’s needs and respond to it. A best gift to yourself is to jumpstart your health on a positive note. The rewards of eating right and exercising routinely will astonish you. Consider the extreme importance of giving your body minerals, vegetable enzymes, and probiotics which can be equally as important when it comes to nutritional support.
