I was once a victim of extreme tiredness. Even though my job wasn't overly taxing, I would still come home feeling like a ton of bricks fell on me. I wanted to stop being tired for once because it was taking a toll, not only on my health, but also on my work and personal life.

If you're having the same problems as I did, then I'm sure you want to know how to stop being tired. Well, I have good news for you! The solution to your problem isn't going to cost you a lot of money. It only requires a change in your lifestyle. If you want to know more, read on!

1) Get Moving.

I know. I know. Just the thought of exercise is already making your muscles groan in protest. It's a strenuous, physical activity and one that seems to encourage tiredness rather than dispel it. Let me explain.

Feeling tired is also your body's way of telling you that you possess a weak stamina and you can't handle extra pressure or weight. By exercising, you're buffing yourself up and improving the amount of stress your body can handle. Not only that, exercise also enlivens your nervous system and speeds up the rate you produce energy.

The best time to exercise would be in the early morning. Take your time stretching first (to avoid injuries) before doing a couple of jumping jacks, jogging or even sit-ups.

2) Get Enough Quality Sleeping Hours.

Sleep is one of the most important ways to stop being tired all the time. Don't think that one night's worth of complete sleeping hours will be enough to get rid of the fatigue.

You need to get as much "quality" sleep as you can. Everyone has different standards of having a good night's sleep though - the usual standard being 8 hours.

Make it a habit to get enough quality sleep by not eating too much a few hours before bedtime. You'll have enough energy reserves when you actually need to exert extra effort. Your body will be thanking you for it.

3) Eat a Full Breakfast.

Breakfast is considered to be the most important meal of the day. It is meant to provide your body nourishment after several hours of not eating anything.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like people are taking this fact seriously, preferring instead to content themselves with a cup of coffee. Old habits die hard, but if you really want to stop being tired all the time, you're going to need fuel for your body. Cereals don't really count because they won't provide you with enough energy for work. I suggest going after foods rich in protein and fiber. Fruits and eggs are good examples of these.

To stop being tired all the time, you need to shift gears and have a change of lifestyle. You might not be used to eating breakfast, exercising or hitting the hay early; but you'll soon realize how refreshing your days will be after practicing them.
