If you understand how stress affects you, you'd know the reason. We all know that stress, an invaluable and vital reaction that primes our body for survival is severely inhibiting to several also very essential functions of the body, but not that essential to the involuntary moment self preservation.

Self preservation is important, that's why we have stress, the so called fight or flight reaction of the body. But the problem is that this priming also inadvertently puts halt several other functions namely digestive functions, growth functions, and body immune system functions. And to summarize its effects; repeated occurrence of stress, this fight or flight reaction, this will slowly degrade our bodies in time. Less nourishment because of less stomach, gastrointestinal action, less growth to brain function due to repeated blood inhibiting to the brain (maybe that's why most brawny fighters are none too bright), and less capable immune system. All these lead to a number of debilitating effects you yourself can summarize.

Stress management allows the diversion of unused energy during a stress reaction out of the body system. Stress management also allows the strong emotions, those that trigger the stress response to be relieved. The positive influence of stress management is really scores of.

To enumerate some of the positive influence of stress management:

1. Because energy is put to good use, work productivity increases improvement a niche or two.

2. Since stress management requires more diversion, more enjoyment and more fun to reduce stress, quality of life increases.

3. The feeling of general well being always makes life outlook better.

4. With proper health, active lifestyle, enough rest, physical and mental health gets better

5. With better health, better life outlook, more diversion, active lifestyle, life span only lengthens

Yes, time management is always stress management. Remember that one of the management cures of stress is diversion and fun -plenty of it. Most people forgo diversion because of one thing -no time. But the absence of time isn't always the issue. It's the misuse of time

Enjoying your life means a healthy psyche. So go out and socialize, even once a week. Nothing boosts up the spirits than having a healthy jog now and then. Exercise, Eat, Sleep Well

Too support a healthy and active lifestyle, ample nourishment and rest takes the front seat. Do not take these for granted because of lifestyle.
