When you suffer from an anxiety attack, you can experience things like the feeling of going crazy, of impending death or losing the control of the emotions. Numerous people feel the sudden urge to run away or escape from the place where they experience the attack and they also more often than not feel shortness of breath and chest pain. It is obviously true that the anxiety attack is a very serious problem but you need to relax every time you think that you might experience this kind of anxiety attack. Take a deep breath and take the things slowly. In the end, it might be only your fear of an attack.
