He is the person behind Oprah's makeover. Most people try to shed those extra pounds by using artificial means.

Next, wax your legs. Get a waxing kit or try sugaring instead. Or you could invest in an epilator which you can use to remove your unwanted body hair for years to come. Waxing, sugaring or using the epilator remove your leg hair from the roots. The result is smoother skin. Hair regrowth is smoother as compared to the stubbly results you get from shaving or using a depilatory.

Time to exercise? Get out and walk. Start with 10 minutes the first week then 15 minutes the second week and add 5 minutes per week till your up to 45 minutes a day. You will
feel great and you can go out and enjoy the beautiful spring flowers and leaves blooming all around you. This will lift your spirits and make you happier all day.Be sure to do stretching exercises first.

You use an exercise box or bench and step up with your right foot and then rotate and repeat it alternating legs. Try doing 20 steps.
