Have a stronger character to lose weight now

Today, the issue of weight is just like politics, because almost everyone is interested in knowing who lost the most and who gained lots of pounds in a given period of time.

More that ever, women and men do not want to miss out in the gym for the simple reason that they would hate their bodies to be the top discussion topic of the day.

I really hate it when people start acting in a particular way just to satisfy an unwritten societal policy like this of loosing weight as an obligation.

Well, as a person who has been really fat before, I acknowledge that when a person is overweight, they never feel normal or happy about the body they are in.

Wanting to look different than we are is an inner thing in all human beings but it is other people who make it worse, when we listen to their stupid comments about us.

You cannot even start imagining how comments like these hurts “ you need to loose some weight now, you look really big, dear, you look strange, you know, a bit overweight, What are you eating these days, do you not think hard?”

At times, people who need to loose weight now, lack words to use to fight back such stupid and hurting talk from others yet being strong is the first step.

Such comments only stand on the way of them achieving anything they want in life, without confidence in themselves because of their weight, skin blemishes, or other parts of our bodies they hate, all plans are ruined.

If a person want to loose weight now, let them do it not because it will please someone else, let them do it for their own sense of self.

When one is strong, it is hard to always struggle to listen to what others are talking concerning their looks.

Always seeking to know whether the rumors about you were positive or negative will rob your sense of concentration to do constructive things and will definitely constrain your efforts to trim down.

My advice would be changing the attitude, forgetting all those hurtful comments about the weight problem, letting go the bitterness and anger felt inside and become a new person who appears strong and contented with self.

This is not easy though, but start by getting occupied the whole day, for this will not leave us a minute to bother others and their spiteful talk.

Let go of that comfort zone and start working out for if you are to loose weight now, adjourning things should not be part of you.

You do not necessarily have to get to the gym, take brisk walks every day, and climb up stairs instead of using the elevators.

In other words, choose the hard way because you will be exercising in the process.

I lost thirty kilos in no time by just saying no to vehicles when I can walk, getting busy positively in the mind and eating balanced foods without diets.

It is even hard to notice that you have become a completely different person when you stop by obsessed about how fat you look.

Now that, I lost lots of it, the same people who rumored about my fat body push me to get a little fuller, they still do not appreciate me.

This makes me understand that all that matters is how I feel about myself and what I want to achieve, because others will never value my stronger side or be happy for my success.
