There are many differing ideas about how to lose weight. Perhaps you have tried some for yourself.
Just before writing this article,I searched on the net for " How to Lose Weight" and found to my amazement that there are 33 MILLION searches! So,you're not the only one! The searches for "diets",were in the region of 20 million. How on earth do you find a diet that works for YOU? I don't believe there is a "one size fits all" plan out there,but I do believe that if we use comonsense ,we`ll narrow the field down dramatically. For example,mono diets are clearly crazy.Restricting the body to one food,no matter how nutritous,cant be good for you in the long run. Please dont tell me about animals,such as the giant panda,that have an exclusive diet of bamboo shoots,or whales that live long lives purely feeding on mainly plankton! We aren't animals. We are people; This is not the place for a theological or philosophical discussion about evolution verses creationism! But,if you look at the health and life-span of domestic animals, as opposed to those in the wild (rawfood) state,I think you'll see my point.Did you ever see an overweight wild animal? To lose weight,(and to keep it off) you need a plan. It just wont work flitting from one diet "guru" to another. You must decide on a course of action,and as the Nike adverts say "just do it"! One vital element in every sensible dietary regime is to begin with a detox. And a real detoxification is a fast of some sort. Its not hard to do and it works just great. You must cleanse your system before you do anything else. If you don't,you might as well forget ever getting truly fit and healthy. You'll be wasting your time. There are all sorts of detox programmes,too. probably thousands. Oh dear,here we go again. Spoilt for choice and in a state of bewiderment! First,you might need convincing that you really need to detox. Check out my friend Dr Suzanne Gudakunst. What she has uncovered will stun and amaze you! Listen-it's simple; Drink a pint of pure water with the juice of a whole lemon,a pinch of cayenne pepper,and desert spoonful of honey or maple syrup. Blend it well .Sip slowly. Repeat 3 or 4 times throughout the day,but not too close to bedtime,because it will really release a lot of extra-toxic laden urine . Do this for at least 3 days.Eat only leafy salads,with tomatoes,grated carrot,celery. No dairy of any kind. Walk or gently jog,and get extra sleep. You'll lose at least 4 pounds or so,depending on your metabolism. The benefits (after the fast) are almost immediate. Much more energy.stress-free,clearer skin,better sleep.
