Proven Exercise Techniques for Quick Weight Loss

One of the definite guaranteed ways to losing weight fast is through physical activities or in short: exercise. While properly planned dieting may work as well, this should not be totally relied upon. To be correct, it would be fair to say that both exercise as well as some simple dieting forms the full equation.

Specifically, what sort of exercise should we engage in?

This form of exercise is actually the constantly proven technique of all time: running, or jogging (depending how one chooses to define depending on the movement speed). Believe it or not, this form of exercise has always been constantly repeated across most weight loss manuals and is the definite form of exercise even for those engaged in operational duties (we’re talking about those in the police, military, EMT, as well as fire-fighting professions). Talk to anyone of those folks involved in the mentioned career professions and they can definitely assure you that this form of exercise is your definite passport to a successful weight loss campaign. But to be specific, these guys don’t just engage in jogs simply to lose weight fast, but more importantly, to build up overall stamina, endurance, and often, leading to a better sculpted body shape as an overall effort when combined with other forms of static exercises.

So, what distance should we go for at the minimal as part of this overall quick weight loss campaign?

If you can, I would suggest going for an initial 3 km run (that’s about 1.86 miles for those in the United States) within a timing of 20 minutes. Think 1.86 miles is short? Wait till you try to accomplish it under 20 minutes flat. That’s the standard used by fire-fighters in the Asian region. Not to mention what other exercises actually follow-up next.

A more achievable target perhaps? Then try 2.4km (or 1.5 miles) under 14 minutes. Yes, the distance is shorter, but in case you have not noticed, so is the timing.

To put it simply, if anyone is really keen on losing weight fast, safe and yet efficiently, then this will be an absolute “no compromise” issue. All those fad about losing weight while continuously eating your favourite food doesn’t just deceive you, but ultimately is a time wasting strategy and will not yield much positive results.

Read the above again. What I said about this so-called time wasting campaign is only applicable if you’re just solely relying on dieting (in any form) alone. As mentioned before, a combination of the right form of exercise and dieting will yield the desired results.

I should know better as it has worked for me and today, I feel so much healthier, confident, and not to mention, fitter and stronger. It doesn’t take a whole lot of expensive exercise or dieting programs to succeed in losing weight quickly . What you need is a disciplined mindset based on a reasonable exercise and dieting plan or schedule, coupled with a positive mindset!
