Knowing this will help you better plan your workouts and weight loss routine. But another great method is to try using what I call the Triple M Method.
The Triple M Method will help motivate you to keep going. It involves these three words - Moderation, Motivation and Motion:
Moderation refers to you taking it easy. Don't overeat but do everything in moderation in order to control your calories. Eat healthy and try to stay away from junk food.
