Tip 3. Consume beans - The proteins in these legumes are better off than meat protein. It helps in building up muscles and not fat. Try adding a handful when you make your salads. These will surely curb your hunger pangs for a longer time.

Tip 4. Keep on moving - Avoid being a couch potato. Recorded cliché as it is but, walking is indeed the best exercise. To make it more challenging, walk briskly for at least 10 minutes a day. Stretch those bones and muscles. Workout at your on pace; don't undergo rigid exercise programs.

Tip 5. Use spice as sweeteners - Avoid sugar as this has higher calorie content. Spices like vanilla and cinnamon is better; they are less fattening.

Tip 6. Have a good strong start - For the first two to four weeks of your weight loss regimen, make the best of what you can. This does not mean that you exhaust yourself and get harsh to yourself. However, a good start lasts. Recent studies show that those who lost weight quickly at the first weeks have successful weight management up to five years or more.

Top 7. Fight away temptation - Sometimes, dieters break their diet plan because of holidays or outings. This should be a lesson to you. Resist temptation. And if possible, share your endeavor; inspire others.
