Most people are troubled with abdomen fat. Some research show abdomen fat is the hardest to reduce. It is very common even a small kid has a big tummy these days. In this article I will share 4 amazing simple steps to lose abdomen fat and gain muscle at the same time.

1. Set your goal and schedule
This is extremely important steps of all. Set a practical goal to follow. Schedule your workout with an easy follow time table. Increase your workout by month. Place your goal and schedule at place that you will see every day. Think positive that you can achieve your goal.
2. Follow a healthy Diet Your goal is to reduce body fat percentage. You can measure your body fat percentage at pharmacy. Eat more vegetables, high fiber foods, eggs, almonds and drink more water. Almonds contain plenty of proteins, fiber and Vitamin E which is an anti oxidant that can help to reduce abdomen fat. Reduce all high calories foods such as burger and French fries. If you can follow the diet, eventually your body will draw energy from your fat stores and make them disappear.

3. Choose an effective workout plan. Running and workout at the same thing is the most effective ways to lose abdomen fat. Running can lose a lot of calories and fats. Workout can build muscle. So doing them at the same time can give you great results in the shortest time.

4. Find a workout buddy Find a partner who willing to go exercise with you consistently. The tip is to find someone who wants to lose fat and stay in shape. Having a training buddy is great, it makes training fun because you can chat, help each other, push each other, motivate each other and share experiences.
