Of course, there is no specific formula to adopt in order to 'as if by magic' get perfect skin, however we know some well known techniques that will surely improve the appearance of your skin.

1. Drink plenty of water.
Dry skin is a major problem. Sipping water regularly will not only eradicate nasty spots and pimples, but also reduce wrinkles.

2. Don't use cheap cosmetics.
Many skin products have harsh chemicals that damage and irritate your face. Choose more luxury skin care products that have moisturizing ingredients. When choosing makeup, go for products that are hypoallergenic. This means that it make your skin worse. Some manufacturers make products for unique skin types, so if your skin is unusual, you are still catered for.

3. Use strong sunscreen.
Protecting your skin from harmful sun rays not only makes you look good, but it is also an important safety measure. Skin cancer can be avoided through deligent use of sunscreen. Good quality face creams or moisturizers have UV protection as one of their main ingredients already. This can make a big difference over time, as too much sun makes your face become rough, leathered, and wrinkly.

4. Daily skin cleansing.
Even on days when you have worn no foundation, it is still extremely sensible to wash your face before going to sleep. This also applies to the rest of your skin. Grease and grime get drawn to your skin during the day and can damage your skin if they are not washed off.

5. Use moisturizer.
Hydrating your skin with soothing applications is a terrific step to keep your skin flawless. And we all know that nothing is better than skin that looks younger than you really are! Simply smooth on the good quality moisturizer after bathing, and you will enjoy feeling sweet and beautiful for the whole day.

6. Keep Fit.
If you work out, you will improve your circulation, making your complexion feel tighter and smoother. It will also give you a certain "glow" which can help if you normally have a pale complexion.

7. Avoid regular late nights
Getting the recommended amount of sleep will help prevent 'bags' under the eyes. Getting enough sleep also helps keep yor skin in good condition, and will keep you looking youthful.

8. Give up smoking and drinking.
All poisons, like alcohol and tobacco, are bad for your skin as well, and you should avoid them if you want to reach your best appearance. They leech vital minerals away from your body, dehydrate your epidermis, and slowly destroy your healthy skin.

9. Adopt a healthy diet.
The type of foods you should focus on, like citrus fruits and vegetables, contain high levels of of the vitamins and minerals that are extremely beneficial for your skin. Greasy and fatty foods, sadly, can cause oily and blemish-prone skin.

10. Exfoliating.
Exfoliating can easily be accomplished with a exfoliating body wash or loofah. The exfoliation process will get rid of worn out cells from the surface of your epidermis and will help your skin seem new and young again.

If you follow these guidelines, you are sure to achieve the look of Perfect skin. A skin that looks young and vibrant will also gain you a level of self-confidence, which helps justify the involved care routine and expensive cosmetics required.
