Sometimes it feels like I don't know anything about the women who keeps on complaining about their butt being huge. Why don't they try to learn from the obsession of men for celebrities like Eva Longoria, Kim Kardashian, Jessica Biel, and Jennifer Lopez that a huge ass can be an asset?

Though it may come as a shock to the butt-haters but according to the study done by Harvard Medical School, pear-shaped women (who have a big portion of body weight in their butt) are more risk free to live up their life without type 2 diabetes compared the women who have an apple shaped body. So it appears like fat in buttocks is not the same as fat that's found around the belly and works better in synthesizing insulin resulting in a developed metabolism. While the tummy fat is responsible for heightening the level of cholesterol and causing heart diseases.

It seems like Sir Mix-a-lot was quite right while saying "you can do side bends and sit ups, but please don't lose that butt," at least to considering a few aspects. The unfortunate thing about targeted exercise is it actually it doesn't work out in case of weight loss. Depending on your genetics you will be losing weight all over the body equally if you intending to lose some weight. However, reductions in stress will a helpful step for you to eliminate the disgusting stomach fat. Survey results shows that we have a tendency of putting more and more weight in the midsection of our body while handling continuous increased levels of stress. Taking the postures of yoga or fish oil supplement is recommended by the doctors usually. The supplements contain fatty oils that aid us in managing high stress which will be lessening the fat in belly. Taking a break from the hectic schedule for something that you would love to do i.e. painting, writing, or working on another favorite hobby will be quite refreshing and reduce the stress.

No matter whatever you are going to do but be aware of the mistake done by Courtney Love and don't try liposuction to strip off the fat from your buttock. According to her own statement it was a wrong decision she took and it could have worsen her health.

So if you really want be gorgeous to men then try to catch up the men instinct and start embracing you butt rather than blaming it. Cellulite may look disgusting sometimes but it's the curves in your body that will drive many men crazy if you are well aware of how to use these. Kim Kardashian has been maintaining a healthy lifestyle and driving men crazy with her butt for many years now! Now we know her top secret.
