Estro500 dosage issues revisited

From time to time we get reports from women who say that even when they increase their dose of Estro500 to four or eight pumps/day that their symptoms are still not gone.

Rather than you getting frustrated with the program and giving up entirely, there are other methods that still work.
Here are some suggestions for those of you with severe menopausal symptoms:

1. Increase your dose to 4 or 8 scoops/day. The equivalent of 4 pumps/day is Premarin 1.25 mg. See the dosage guidelines for more detail at: www.TrueTexasCure.com
2. For a short time only, try stopping your progesterone dose while continuing the Estro500. Natural progesterone
can act to partially block or offset the effects of estrogen. Try this for 3 or 4 weeks and see what happens.

If your symptoms improve, then start back your progesterone at half strength. If you were taking progesterone twice daily, then take just one at night.

3. In the bad old days of taking Premarin, many women were taking 2.5mg of Premarin. If you used to take Premarin 2.5mg, then that is equal to EIGHT pumps of Estro500.

With 80 pumps in each dispenser, you will go through Estro500 in just 10 days. You can do it, but probably you will be better off (financially) going to your doctor and getting a prescription for high density bio-identical estrogen.
