The type of presents presented in the 50’s; 60’s and 70’s would defiantly be different from what people would like to exchange as the Christmas gifts. However, the style of putting the gifts under the Christmas tree remains the same. The gifts would be placed under the Christmas tree by the elderly in the family as the children would run to the Christmas tree in the morning hoping that Santa would come and leave gifts for them under the tree.
