I discovered the importance of having trim around your floor. You can buy many types of dollhouse trim through stores but what I found to be the cheapest and easiest is purchasing a long thin flat piece of balsa wood. Simply paint it the color of your dollhouse and attach it to the foot of your walls. What I found is that they covered up the tiny bumps between the walls and the flooring. Another great thing about the trim is that it covers the edges of the wallpaper and prevents fraying. It was a little addition that was fun to install and really added to the look of my dollhouse.
