The different types of garage floor coatings are epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic sealer or stain or latex. Epoxy forms a durable surface and bonds well the concrete beneath it. Polyurethane can resist chemical spills. Acrylic sealers or stains are like latex paints are inexpensive and make it look great. These coatings for garage floors can save a lot of wear and tear on the floor and make it look better.

There are three different types of swimming pool coatings like the epoxy, acrylic, and rubber based. Epoxy coating are long lasting, durable and can withstand UV rays, automatic cool cleaners and chemical treatments. Epoxy coating can last for 7-10 years.
Another type is chlorinated rubber base. It lasts for about 3-5 years. rubber base is not as durable or expensive as epoxy paint. It is easy to use, inexpensive pool coating. It comes in many colors. The last one is acrylic coating. This paint can be used on any type of surface, easy to apply, and cleans up with water. This coating is ideal for commercial applications that are repainted on regular bases. It lasts for about 2-3 years.
